Role OverviewThis position will be responsible for monitoring the care and handling of livestock from the time they arrive on JBS property. The employee will spend the majority of their time in the truck/pen areas.
What You Will Do
Verify humane handling SOP's, assist with difficult hogs, monitor/audit activities, provide training to livestock truck drivers, and maintain good communication with USDA/FSIS.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have good basic math skills, people skills, and the ability to work with live hogs. They will be self-motivated, able to work well without direct supervision, and have good attendance records.
