2nd Shift Logistics Supervisor - Aftermarket

As a 2nd Shift Logistics Supervisor, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring materials move efficiently throughout our operation, supporting production schedules, customer commitments, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) priorities. Leading a team of Material Processors, you'll create an environment where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive operational success every day.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop a team of Material Processors, oversee warehouse and logistics activities, balance labor resources, monitor warehouse operations, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve material flow.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Working experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and/or material management
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours - Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
