Role OverviewThe 2nd Shift Production Floor Trainer is responsible for teaching and guiding new hires during on-the-job training to ensure a successful outcome. The trainer develops the knowledge and skills of JBS Green Bay workforce.
What You Will Do
The trainer will meet daily with new hires, train them on equipment and procedures, assess training effectiveness, and report daily progress. The trainer will also assist with tours, annual trainings, and participate in training classes.
