Role OverviewMLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts, help operate and run parts on a press brake, provide assistance with resistance welding as needed, perform general production and manufacturing duties, inspect parts for quality and accuracy, maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently, follow safety procedures and production instructions.

Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
