Role OverviewThe Sequence Team Lead role is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily operational goals. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards while leading associates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.

Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies, coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations.
