Job Description
2ND SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR position at USCS, responsible for leading the Cold Crew, prioritizing safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in warehouse supervision and operations, preferably in a food or temperature-controlled environment.

Requirements

  • Provide leadership and coordinate workflow in the warehouse
  • Supervise and direct various warehouse tasks and customer requests
  • Prioritize and manage labor efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues within the warehouse
  • Occasionally perform Warehouse Associate and Lead duties
