Job Description
The PT Assistant Manager is responsible for the execution of all operational, merchandising and managerial functions within the store during their assigned shift. They will serve as manager-on-duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Full Time Assistant Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years prior retail experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply retail math principles
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to use a POS system
  • High level of initiative and accountability
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines
