Job Description
The Associate reports directly to the store manager and indirectly to the assistant store managers, and is responsible for duties such as cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and monitoring perishables, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining excellent daily store conditions.

Requirements

  • Maintain schedule adherence and timeliness
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and perform checkout procedures
  • Consistently meet or exceed company standards involving the handling, stocking, and maintaining of perishable products
  • Maintain excellent store conditions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist store management in training other store employees
  • Protect company property, funds, and merchandise at all times
