Mercor is hiring a 3D Graphic Designer to craft high-quality, interactive 3D visuals for modern, performance-driven websites. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, lighting, and web optimisation workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in 3D graphic design or digital 3D visualisation
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work used in web or interactive environments
  • Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar
  • Experience preparing assets for web (GLTF/GLB workflows preferred)
  • Understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering
  • Familiarity with WebGL / Three.js / interactive web frameworks is a strong plus
