Role OverviewThe 3PL Configuration Specialist will support the configuration, setup, and execution of customer-specific logistics programs within a fast-paced third-party logistics environment. The role requires agility, flexibility, and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The Configuration Specialist will configure customer programs according to approved requirements, translate customer and business requirements into clear, executable configurations and workflows, and ensure configurations accurately reflect contractual and operational requirements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, configuration, implementation, project coordination, or a related operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed and multi-step processes accurately
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret business requirements, process documentation, work instructions, and Statements of Work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new platforms quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
