Role OverviewThe 3PL Program Manager owns the strategic and operational relationship with lululemon's 3PL distribution partner supporting Mexico. The role is accountable for driving operational performance, service excellence, contract and SLA governance, and continuous improvement across the outsourced distribution operation.
What You Will Do
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews with the designated 3PL distribution partner supporting Mexico. Lead SOP creation, review and continuous improvement with the 3PL partner. Lead creation and annual revision of SLAs and contract governance.
