Role OverviewThe 3PL Terminal Manager and Track/Trace Operations directs all activities necessary to operate one or more 3PL warehouses and container freight stations at maximum efficiency, ensuring the timely and accurate loading and unloading of commodities that transit the warehouse.

Responsibilities include supervising 3PL operations, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, achieving operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and resolving customer issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in warehouse operations

- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Understanding of basic principles of container freight station and warehouse operations
- Ability to effectively use knowledge of best practices to drive sound business decisions and operational improvements
