Role Overview

The 3rd Shift Copperbond Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the copper and copper alloy manufacturing process. This role emphasizes safety, quality control, and adherence to operational guidelines while working in a team-oriented environment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include complying with safety rules, following PPE and JSP documents, reading and understanding work instructions, maintaining equipment and work area, and detecting and reporting faulty operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and write English
  • Good attendance record
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to maintain production records and logs
  • Employment record reflecting reliability
  • Ability to perform simple math, addition, and subtraction
  • Must pass pulmonary fit test for respirator use
  • Ability to interpret technical data and run programmable equipment
  • Excellent decision-making skills and organizational ability
  • Mechanically inclined, comfort level with using small hand tools
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
