3rd Shift Dispatcher

The 3rd Shift Dispatcher will work with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehicles, check-in drivers, and provide information regarding Coach & Tour Division operations to customers and other staff. The dispatcher will utilize GPS and dispatching software to monitor operations of routes for accuracy and work with drivers and other staff to address service issues/failures in a timely manner.

Primary responsibilities include working with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehicles, checking-in drivers, providing information to customers and other staff, utilizing GPS and dispatching software, and addressing service issues/failures.
