Role OverviewThe 3rd Shift Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities associated with the timely execution and completion of all manufacturing and distribution processes. They will work under general supervision and follow established procedures to ensure delivery requirements are met.
What You Will Do
The Production Coordinator will assist the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor with providing work direction and overseeing employees, machinery, or equipment. They will investigate and take prompt action when problems related to manufacturing schedule adherence, safety, product quality, equipment failure, or material waste and scrap disrupt planned delivery.

Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or two-year industry related technical degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- 6-12 months of Great Northern production work experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and performance in Work Centers responsible for

- Ability to read English and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Mechanical and spatial aptitude
