Job Description
Rendering Supervisor responsible for supervising staff, overseeing production, and maintaining safety and quality standards in the Rendering department. Ensures efficient operations, meets deadlines, and controls overtime costs. Leads by example, maintains morale and discipline, and troubleshoots problems.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years proven beef processing supervisor experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to work 50+ hours
  • People management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Excel
