Role OverviewThe 3rd shift Team Leader Injectors will lead and direct line employees daily assignments, operate production equipment to meet manufacturing targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
What You Will Do
Assist in planning rotations and training, maintain thorough knowledge of processes and equipment, verify production documents, and keep the line running with immediate actions.

Requirements
- Assist Coordinator in planning rotations and training
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes, procedures, and equipment
- Understand inventories, generate production reports, attendance
- Verify production documents are properly completed and maintained
- Keep line running with immediate actions
- Train, Develop, and Mentor Associates, enforce PPE
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure Development & Implementation
- Liason Between Production, Quality and Engineering
- Other duties as assigned
