Job Description
We're looking for a Food & Beverage Expert to join our team at Target in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Food & Beverage Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining the execution of Food & Beverage Standards, and executing various processes including food deliveries, replenishment, and data accuracy. This role requires flexibility, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail. Must have a welcoming and helpful attitude, ability to communicate effectively, and work well in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary
  • Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed
  • Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
