Job Description
Venture Community Services provides support to individuals with disabilities through a compassionate and dedicated workforce. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for advocating and supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to empower them to be active in their lives.
Requirements
21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to speak, read, and write in fluent English
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program and individuals supported
