Job Description
MacLellan Integrated Services is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in delivering services. The ideal candidate has 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 7 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement experience
  • Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent team builder and visionary leader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar
