Job Description
We're looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to drive end-to-end process optimization across Claims and Configuration operations, enhancing quality, efficiency, compliance, and provider experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience within the healthcare industry (preferred)
  • Previous working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software
