Job Description
Venture Community Services is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to provide daily care and support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will have a compassionate and dedicated approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program
  • Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact
