Job Description
CosmoProf is looking for a Store Manager to lead their team and provide an EPIC experience for customers. The Store Manager will oversee all store operations, manage talent, and ensure every customer receives a great experience. The role requires a proven leader with a strong drive to succeed, a passion for hair and beauty, and previous experience in sales management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
  • 1 year of previous sales management experience
  • Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
  • Cosmetology license is a plus
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
