Job Description
Extrusion Technician A responsible for change-over and operation of lines, maintaining housekeeping, safety, quality, and production quality, and working with other employees in the assigned team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 3 year + Plastic blown film experience as an operator or 2/4 year degree related in the field
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to maintain production and quality of 6 production lines
  • Ability to train Operator Trainees
  • Ability to identify safety hazards
  • Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours
  • Effective management of job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
