Job Description
Responsible for change-over and operation of lines within assigned island, maintaining good housekeeping, safety, quality, and production quality, and working with other employees in assigned team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED is preferred
  • 3 year + Plastic blown film experience as an operator or 2/4 year degree related in the field that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of the position is preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to do Process Maintenance
  • Must be able to maintain production and quality of 6 production lines
  • Must be able to train Operator Trainees
  • Must be able to identify safety hazards
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
