Job Description
IDEA Science teachers are responsible for increasing student achievement and mastering grade-level content within Pre-AP Science courses. The role involves delivering quality instruction, experimentation, and supporting student learning to prepare students for college-level STEM subjects. The position requires a combination of content delivery, assessment, communication, and behavior management.

Requirements

  • High level of content-area proficiency (certified, field of study, or experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
  • Experience in a K-12 classroom setting strongly preferred
