Job Description
Deliver rigorous and engaging math instruction aligned with state standards for 6th grade. Develop lesson plans that support mastery of key concepts including ratios, expressions, equations, geometry, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Valid New Jersey Standard Teacher Certificate or CE/CEAS/Limited CE in Mathematics or related field
  • Strong understanding of math content and pedagogy for middle school learners
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong classroom culture and positive relationships with students
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching
  • Successful criminal background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
