Job Description
Provide legal counsel to the Office of Secure Florida within the Department. Serve as legal counsel to the Department divisions on various issues and matters, including providing assistance in developing policies, drafting and reviewing agreements and reviewing and interpreting both federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association
  • At least one (1) years' experience practicing law.
  • Must be an active member of The Florida Bar in good standing and eligible to practice law.
