Role OverviewWe are seeking an 8th Grade Math Teacher to join our team at Christel House Academy South. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to try innovative strategies in their classrooms to reach all types of learners. Teachers support the whole child, teaching character education and social and emotional learning strategies to students to support their development beyond academics.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lesson plans, managing student behavior, encouraging and monitoring student progress, and participating in professional activities.

Requirements
- Valid IN Teaching License
- Bachelor's degree
- Competency in using technology in the classroom setting
- Ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
