Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on a night shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, directing the team, and maintaining an acceptable level of spare parts.

Requirements

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to successfully communicate by written or verbal communication.
  • 2-year degree in electrical maintenance or 5 years prior in industrial maintenance.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, scheduled and or posted overtime when required to meet the company’s needs.
  • Attention to detail skills pertaining to all phases of maintenance repair.
  • Familiarity with all types of sensors, operations, installations, and repair of all units.
  • Familiarity with Vacuum and pressure blowers, operation, and installation, and repair of all units.
  • Familiarity with air compressor technology and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Ability to track inventory and maintain an acceptable level of spare parts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair most plant equipment with training in the following areas such as electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, interpreting and schematics.
