Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a key role in supporting the Finance Department through accurate, compliant, and timely processing of financial transactions.
Requirements
Review approved payables to verify proper coding, footing and compliance.
Make sure all invoices are unit approved through the workflow system before payments are made.
Process checks as batched.
Maintain all vendor files, assigning vendor ID for check runs.
Take phone calls regarding Accounts Payable as needed.
Work with vendors to solve problems as necessary.
