Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a key role in supporting the Finance Department through accurate, compliant, and timely processing of financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Review approved payables to verify proper coding, footing and compliance.
  • Make sure all invoices are unit approved through the workflow system before payments are made.
  • Process checks as batched.
  • Maintain all vendor files, assigning vendor ID for check runs.
  • Take phone calls regarding Accounts Payable as needed.
  • Work with vendors to solve problems as necessary.
