Job Description
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for initiating, executing, and signing forms, tags, and other paperwork in accordance with maintenance manuals. They will also perform duties such as repairing, servicing, and maintaining aircraft systems, powerplants, airframe, avionics, and components. Additional duties include assisting in interpretation and resolution of aircraft discrepancies and ensuring safety and accident prevention measures are followed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Valid driver's license and current Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
  • Two years A&P experience preferred
  • Previous electrical and avionics experience desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check, and security threat assessment
