Job Description
As a Guest Service Team Member, you will work with the Guest Experience teams to create a fun environment for guests and provide exceptional service by addressing guest concerns and inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, preferred but not required
  • 6 months – 1-year customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Friendly, outgoing, and proactive individual
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays with occasional evenings
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Ability to remain on feet for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend and stoop, walk long distances
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
