Requirements
- US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner's Document with Able Bodied Seaman Special, Limited or Unlimited endorsement
- STCW 95 endorsement (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Current TB clearance
- Completion of culinary schooling with two (2) years meal preparation experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
