Role OverviewAs a BT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs in one-on-one settings, collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress, and participating in team meetings and collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans.

Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
