Job Description
Responsible for providing intensive, 1:1, behavior intervention services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other language delays.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associates degree from accredited university or college in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field with applicable experience or a Bachelors degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education or a related field
  • Flexible, creative, & possessing excellent time management skills
  • Experience in ABA programs is preferred, but not required
  • Physical requirements: lifting/carrying more than 50lbs, running, sustaining impact to body, crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods of time, bending at the waist, full range of motion of hands and arms, sitting on floor and chair for long periods of time, ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
  • Communicates expressively and receptively both verbally and written
