Role OverviewWe are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team. As a BT, you will be responsible for implementing early intervention plans designed by Clinical Supervisors to improve the lives of individuals with developmental delays and or disabilities. You will work directly with clients in their homes, schools, and community settings to provide one-on-one therapy sessions and collect data on their progress.
What You Will Do
Implement early intervention plans, provide one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data on client progress, collaborate with Supervisors and other team members, and maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.

Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of ABA therapy, and experience working with individuals with developmental delays and or disabilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
- Current Driver License and Auto Insurance
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to pass a background check
