Job Description
Join our team as an ABA Case Supervisor at Behavioral Health Works! As a Case Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the delivery of therapy and intervention services for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders.

Requirements

  • Oversight of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Provision of supervision, feedback, and training to ABA staff
  • Regular observations of sessions to monitor quality of service delivery
  • Accurate data collection on client progress and behavior changes
  • Analysis of data to determine effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications
  • Parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques
  • Maintenance of regular communication with families
  • Proper documentation of services provided
  • Management of crisis situations involving clients
