Job Description
Bright Minds CA is seeking a skilled ABA Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Requirements
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTS)
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
