Job Description
ABA Practicum Student position designed for those seeking to accrue restricted and unrestricted supervised experience hours. Implement behavioral assessment measures, develop individualized goals and objectives, and design behavior support plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services (or related major)
  • Continuous enrollment in a BACB approved Master’s ABA program until graduation
  • 1 year of experience supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours at a time
