Job Description
Northway Academy, a part of the Sevita family, provides center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. As the ABA Program Director, you will collaborate with the Area and Regional Director to manage the day-to-day operations of ARY program(s) and a team, ensuring quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • Equivalent combination of education and operational experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
