Role OverviewImpact Learning & Development is a fast-paced, collaborative pediatric clinic offering individualized ABA therapy to children ages 2–10. We specialize in language, communication, and behavioral interventions that reduce challenging behaviors and promote meaningful skill development.
What You Will Do
As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families to implement behavior plans and support developmental growth. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that celebrates every milestone and works together to make a lasting impact.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Age 18+
- Energetic, compassionate, and loves working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, running, sitting on the floor, etc.)
- Clear background check and fingerprint clearance
- Willingness to complete training in CPR, HIPAA, crisis management, and mandated reporting
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training (we’ll help you get there!)
