The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Requirements

  • Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
