Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • No supervisory/ management experience is required
