What You Will Do
The Absence Management Specialist will lead advanced HR sub-programs related to absence management, disability separations, reinstatements, transitional work, and leave without pay. The specialist will ensure proper application of FMLA, disability leave, childbirth & adoption leave, and other benefit programs.

Requirements
- 3 yrs. exp. in human resources.
- Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; AND 12 mos. exp. in human resources.
- 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
- The equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
