Role OverviewThe Academic Coordinator of Early Childhood Education Career Pathways Program is responsible for coordinating the College's Early Childhood Education Career Pathways Program and ensuring compliance with the Career Pathways (CP) Grant. The Coordinator will work independently and collaboratively across the college to partner with faculty, staff, administrators, and external stakeholders to use a student-centered, data-driven, and outcomes-focused approach to guide students through college services and processes to enable them to complete the Early Childhood Education Foundational Certificate.
What You Will Do
Specific duties for this position include providing information to Early Childhood Education faculty and staff, coordinating open houses and recruitment events, maintaining student records, assessing students' eligibility for grant services, and supporting students in completing enrollment steps and academic planning.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Sociology, or closely related field
- Five (5) years experience and/or training that includes academic advisement, academic placement, counseling, career development, math/electronics teaching, or program/project management
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in the Early Childhood Education field
- Five (5) or more years of experience advising or teaching college students
- Five (5) or more years of experience in grant administration, sponsored programs, or closely related experience in a grant-funded nonprofit, or higher education setting
