Job Description
This position provides student-centered academic counseling through the student lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of effective and quality service to students. The counselor will provide proactive advising, assist students with developing goals and plans, and collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and University Support Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Academic advising or counseling experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong basic computer software (MS Office) skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems or Student Information Systems
