Role OverviewThe Academic HR Manager is responsible for supporting the Academic Appointments and Compensation (AAC) Integrated Resource team on all faculty lifecycle events. This position requires knowledge of academic HR policies and compensation structures in an academic healthcare setting. The AHR Manager is frequently required to interpret complex rules, provide recommendations, and resolve sensitive matters involving faculty, academic personnel, and institutional partners.
What You Will Do
The AHR Manager will oversee all faculty lifecycle processes, including recruitment, appointment changes, and separation. They will also process faculty compensation actions, including merit increases, salary changes, and retention packages. Additionally, they will conduct comprehensive quality reviews of appointment packets, promotion files, and other faculty documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications and/or related field
- at least three years of experience in administrative roles and experience, or experience working in a University or academic healthcare organization or medical administrative setting
