Role OverviewThe Academic Intervention Coach is responsible for designing and implementing systematic intervention, developing staff, and managing grant-funded programs within the school structure. The goal is to ensure high-quality learning for every student in every classroom every day. The role is pivotal in realizing school and organizational goals.
What You Will Do
Design and implement systematic intervention programs, develop an effective intervention team, analyze progress monitoring data, teach and model intervention tools, and build relationships with teachers to invest in their professional success.

Requirements
- School Administrator Licensure
- College diploma (BA or equivalent) or higher in Education or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in teaching and previous school leadership experience
- A valid administrator license (if required for the state in which you are applying)
- Experience working with at-risk students
- Previous experience coordinating Title 1/Response to Intervention (RTI) Programs
- Strong written and verbal skills
