Job Description
Hope Academy of West Michigan is seeking a Math Interventionist, Reading Interventionist, or English Language Interventionist for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year. The Academic Interventionist is accountable to the Principal and functions as a member of the Hope Academy team, responsible for developing students' academic skills and implementing district-approved curriculum.

Requirements

  • Administers specific assessments and/or tests for the purpose of assessing the level of students' competencies and determining student progress.
  • Advises parents and/or legal guardians of student progress for the purpose of supporting teacher expectations, developing methods for improvement and/or reinforcing classroom goals in the home environment.
  • Maintains appropriate records for the purpose of preserving the progress of the interventions in place.
